Design Concept This corrugated cardboard cutter features a simple and practical design with an ergonomic shape for a more comfortable grip.

Purpose Specifically designed for cutting corrugated cardboard, it is ideal for DIY projects such as making homemade cat scratching boards, enhancing the fun of home crafting.

Printing Recommendations It is recommended to use PLA or PETG materials for printing to ensure structural stability and durability.

Assembly Instructions The cutter is divided into a main body and a blade section. The blade uses standard utility knife blades, with a blade width of 17.6 mm (A100). The blade length used is exactly four segments, approximately 17 mm long. After printing, clean out the blade slot to remove any burrs, insert the blade into the slot, secure it in place, and tighten the fixing screw. Check whether both the top and bottom ends are properly aligned with the blade fixation; if not, adjust the blade position as needed. Once the blade is in place, the tool can be used to easily cut corrugated cardboard into uniform widths. The default cutting width is 30 mm, making it suitable for making cat scratching boards or other crafts.
