With its high refresh rate display, powerful processing, and compact form factor, the Y700 is built for gaming -and that inspired the creation of a precision handheld rig optimized especially for racing-style gameplay, where stability, grip, and control are critical.

The NexusPlay Rig transforms your tablet into a dedicated gaming console, delivering enhanced ergonomics and improved handling for extended sessions. While initially inspired by racing simulations, the design is fully adaptable across a wide range of gaming genres, including racing, flight simulation, FPS, action-adventure, sports, and open-world games.

Engineered with versatility in mind, the rig is compatible with a wide range of devices, securely supporting tablets and large-format smartphones within approximately 7–14 cm width, making it a universal platform for both gaming and content creation. Key features include a dual ergonomic grip system with handles for anti-slip comfort and TPU lined inner phone grips, integrated cold-shoe mounts for accessories such as microphones and lights, and a secure spring-lock + screw clamp mechanism to hold your device firmly in place. The structure is optimized for strength and stability, ensuring reliable performance under dynamic usage conditions.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Print all parts.

STEP 2: Use superglue to attach all the TPU grip as shown here with the arrows.

STEP 3: Assemble the Center shaft with the spring as shown here. Use 1 0.6x12x70mm Helical Compression Spring. I got mine here:

Secure Using a M3x16 screw from the top.

STEP 4: Slide in the Left and Right Handles and screw the back clamp to hold the tablet in place.
