This is an extended wall-mounted air tool holder designed for pneumatic tools fitted with a EURO 1/4" quick coupler. The tool is inserted upward into the underside slot of the holder and then hangs securely upside down using the shape of the quick coupler and gravity.

Unlike a standard hook, this design works as a compact docking point for air tools. The extended version provides additional clearance from the wall, making it especially useful for larger or bulkier pneumatic tools such as impact wrenches, air ratchets, blow guns, spray guns, die grinders and other workshop air tools.

Compared with a shorter compact version, this model provides more distance between the wall and the tool. This extra clearance is useful when storing larger air tools or tools with wider bodies, angled handles, hoses or couplers.

Recommended Materials PETG – Recommended for workshop use due to good toughness and temperature resistance.

PLA / Hyper PLA – Suitable for light-duty use and indoor garage storage.

ABS / ASA – Good option for more demanding environments or higher temperature areas.

TPU – Can be used for a slightly more flexible version, depending on your printer settings and application.

For heavier tools, PETG, ABS or ASA is recommended over standard PLA.

Recommended Print Orientation Print the holder in the orientation that gives the strongest layer direction around the mounting area and coupler slot.

For best strength, avoid printing in a way that makes the tool weight pull directly between weak layer lines. Use enough walls and infill to reinforce the screw area and the coupler slot.

For heavier tools, increase wall count and infill.

Installation Instructions Choose a solid mounting surface such as wood, plywood, a workshop wall, cabinet side or tool board.

Mark the screw hole position.

Pre-drill if mounting into wood or hard material.

Fasten the holder securely using a suitable screw and washer if needed.

Insert the air tool’s EURO 1/4" quick coupler upward into the underside slot.

Let the tool hang freely and check that it is seated correctly.
