Print instructions Otto is very well designed for 3D printing, so it won't give you trouble if you follow these common parameters:

FDM 3D printer, PLA is enough. No supports or rafts. Resolution: 0.2mm Fill density 15%

All parts in total use 100g approx., equivalent to 35m of regular PLA 1.75mm thickness. It should take around 4 hours to 3D print a full set of parts for one Otto, even less with optimized settings depending on your printer and slicer.

Otto Saurus

Otto-saurus is a dino-inspired add-on kit designed to fit seamlessly onto the original "Otto DIY build your own robot". It transforms the familiar friendly bot into a tiny walking dinosaur—complete with a playful silhouette, chunky limbs, and just enough attitude.

This remix stays true to the spirit of Otto: simple, accessible, and fun to build—while adding a layer of character that makes it feel like a completely new companion.

🖨 Print Settings Layer Height: 0.2mm. Infill: 15%. Perimeters: 2. No supports are needed. ✨ Features Snap-on design Fits the standard Otto DIY build with no modifications required. Print-friendly parts Designed for easy printing with no supports needed—no post-processing, just straight to the fun part.

🛠 Build Notes Compatible with the original Otto DIY build your own robot base. This particular build in these images uses OttoDIYBodyV11_Booster (square switch) and OttoDIYHeadV13_NanoSHIELD; legs and feet are the default files.
