Skull Tire Valve Cap / Car Air Valve Cap / Skull Cap

I wanted to make a set of tire valve caps for my own wheels because these things always disappear sooner or later, and honestly, the standard ones are boring as hell. So I designed these small skull valve caps to print in black PETG and give the wheel a better detail without turning it into an overdesigned mess.

They print very fast, use very little material, and include the internal thread so they can screw directly onto the tire valve stem.

I recommend printing one cap first before making a full set. After testing them on different printers, I found that tolerances can vary by tiny fractions of a millimeter. Nothing dramatic, but you may need to adjust the scale by 1% or 2% depending on your printer.

On my Creality K2, they fit perfectly at 100%.

No supports required. Just print, test the fit, and screw it on.

For outdoor vehicle use, I recommend PETG over PLA, especially if the car is exposed to heat or direct sun.
