Recommended Print Settings

- Orientation: Print upside down (flat on the top mounting plate) to maximise layer strength and bed contact.

- Material: PETG or PLA+ (PETG or ABS recommended for warm booth environments).

- Walls / Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls for extra strength around the screw holes and mounting flange.

- Infill: 20%–25% (Gyroid or Grid).

- Layer Height: 0.20 mm standard.

- Supports: Tree/organic supports optional depending on your printer’s bridging capabilities on the inner overhang.

Installation Instructions

- Screw Fix: Hold the bracket flush under the desk edge and secure using countersunk wood screws (ensure screw length is shorter than your desk thickness).

- Adhesive Fix: Wipe the underside of the desk with isopropyl alcohol, apply high-tack double-sided foam tape, press firmly for 30 seconds, and allow it to bond fully before hanging the headphone.
