0.2mm layer, 5 walls, 15% infill, no support Assemblable design allows to print without support. Depending on printer shaft offset may be tuned for better fit.

0.2mm layer, 5 walls, 15% infill I made bearing shells to glue over the axles so that they do not fall off the base all the time.

up to 3kg spool, shorter spoolheight, asymmetric rollers I've created it specifically for 3kg Sunlu spools, seems to fit bambu 1kg spool, but base may be too long for them to roll without scratching, made to have lower total profile, so whole assembly will take less height and will fit into smaller container. I've used 10L plastic container and it fits nicely. Rollers shortened accordingly, so 5kg spools won't fit anymore, removed grooves on one side and changed radius for top curve to remove need for big supports (only small supports at the bottom are needed).

Seam changed to be in one line, highly recommend to sand it down or spool will be getting stuck on it once it becomes lighter.
