Outin Nano Travel Box with Pod Storage

This is a rugged, customizable box remix based on the excellent Super Customizable Rugged Box in OpenSCAD , tailored to fit the Outin Nano portable espresso machine and accessories.

Key Features:

🧊 Foam Insert Ready : Fits the original Outin Nano foam insert (trimmed by ~4mm) to ensure a snug, protective fit.

☕ Pod Storage : Lid includes Nespresso-compatible pod holders based on the Fridge Nespresso Pod Holder Box Label , storing up to 20 pods neatly and securely.

🧳 Accessory Space : Holds the Nano Basket Plus and optional grinder or accessories in the lower compartment.

🔧 Custom Label Panel & Coffee Logo : The outer lid includes a built-in label holder and a coffee-themed logo plate.

🛠️ Hardware : Hinges use M4 x 16mm screws, and the latches use M3 x 20mm screws – both with optional nuts for extra security.

🧳 Modular Add-On Support:

Internal foam can be further modified (at your own risk) to support the Outin Travel Stand , with slight trimming of the horizontal legs required. The stand’s legs rest on either side atop the foam, while the central base fits into the Nano's foam cutout.

⚠️ Important Note : Do not insert the stand from the back of the box unless you're happy to lose access to the bottom row of pods nearest the hinge.

This box was remixed by:

- Adjusting the internal dimensions of the original rugged box to fit a slightly trimmed Outin Nano foam insert (~4mm shaved off edges). - Adding a pod holder structure into the lid, adapted from the Fridge Nespresso Pod Holder Box Label. - Adding mount points for latches and hinges using M3/M4 screws and optional nuts. - Embedding a coffee logo and a label plate onto the exterior lid. - Allowing optional foam modifications to support the Outin Travel Stand.
