H2Dual AMS - External Spool Add-on

This addon allows you to add an external spool to the outside of the H2Dual AMS shelf. I've included a “Riser V2” body as well in case you're using the “Riser V2” adapter for the shelf. For this particular add-on I would definitely use a screw or a pin of some kind to make sure it doesn't somehow work itself loose during printing.
