Описание
This print-in-place locking bag clip has been designed so that it can be printed without supports , has a fun curvy shape , uses an outward angled handle for easier one-handed use , and is a nice size at just under 6 cm when closed.
I'd recommend you set the “Strength→ Wall Loops" option to at least 5 for increased strength . In addition to the STL, I'm also attaching the Fusion360 file if you'd like to make adjustments.
The original “Cam Lock Bag Clip.stl” (which I'd still recommend you start with if you're printing in PLA) is designed with a .2 mm tolerance around the pivot joints. If you have trouble with the plastic fusing in your print conditions though or are printing in other materials - such as PETG, I've now also attached two versions that increase the spacing tolerance slightly (.3 mm and .4 mm) which you could use as an alternative.
This is a complete from-scratch design, but there are many great cam locking clips. Although notably different, I've marked this model as a remix of the very cool model that ‘jfedor’ did which used a similar approach for making a clip printable without requiring supports (which itself was a remix of Andrei's popular version that does require supports).

A1 Mini Profile, 0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 20% infill Standard profile for a reasonably strong bag clip when printed in PLA on an A1 Mini (uses the original .2 mm tolerance version, with a 0.015 mm “XY Hole Compensation”)
Standard PETG Profile, 0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 15% infill This profile provides a nice clean print and strong functional clip when printed in PETG. I've found models like this one do better in PETG when the print head moves more slowly, and so this profile moves the printer more slowly to ensure a stable print with minimal risk of the plastic fusing.
Standard Profile w/ Increased Tolerance (0.3 mm Gaps) This profile uses the the “0.3mm Tolerance” version of the bag clip, which slightly increases the amount of space around the joints to “0.3 mm” (instead of the default version of “0.2 mm”). If you have trouble with the plastic fusing in your print conditions with the regular version, you can try using this print profile instead.
Standard Profile, 0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 25% infill Standard profile for a reasonably strong bag clip when printed in PLA (uses the original .2 mm tolerance version)
Flow Limited Profile - Strong, fast, and quiet. I print a lot of these types of clips, so I wanted a 1 click version with a more efficient profile. This means thicker extrusion width and layer heights to optimize printing. These things combined make the tool head move slower while actually printing faster. This profile will only be limited on your printer by your filament flow rate reducing the total print time by more around half while not sacrificing strength. It also has the added benefit of being even quieter as the print head doesn't move as quickly. Works with all bambu printers. Fill the plate for even more efficiency!
- .25mm layer heights for exactly 80 layers. - .8mm internal walls reduces the total number of walls to just 3 while maintaining a wall thickness over 2mm total.
0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 25% infill ABS (Bambu Orig) I have used the Bambulab ABS in Black for this one
lighter version with reinforced hinges Original profile was using 6 walls which i think is unnecessary for this model. I reduced walls to 2 and instead used modifiers to reinforce weakest parts of the model - hinges. That reduced weight by almost 40%, while keeping the strength virtually the same.
Other minor adjustments: infill changed to 15% cubic, top surface changed to archimedian chords (purely for cosmetic reasons).
Printed with Bambu Basic PLA on A1 mini with 0.4mm nozzle - no issues.
Glossy Finish (Print hot! Read description) Outer walls slowed down to create a nice shiny finish for your special filaments.
Photo is using Prusament Polychromatic Filament Mystic Brown, but other materials such as silk PLA will benefit from printing the outer walls slowly.
For best results, you will need to make a filament profile with an increased nozzle temp. I used 240 deg C for PLA.
0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill - print without support of course - print with Generic PLA settings and 220° for 1st layer en 215° for others, for use with Smartmaterials3D recycle filament - 18 cam log bag clip easy print on P1S
0.2mm layer, 6 walls, 50% infill, Fuzzy Skin Grip,105% scale This profile scales the clip to 105% for tighter tolerances and adds 6 wall lines and 50% infill for maximum resistance to breakage under load. A "fuzzy skin" texture has been applied exclusively to the back of the handle to prevent fingers from slipping, while all functional sliding surfaces remain perfectly smooth!
