This calibration model is designed to test ironing settings in 3D printing. It features a grid with different parameter combinations:

- Ironing speed : 10, 15, 20, and 25 mm/s - Ironing flow : 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% With just one print, you can evaluate how ironing speed and flow affect the top surface quality of your prints. This allows you to easily find the best balance between smoothness, gloss, and print time .

Ironing Calibration Profile – PLA 0.2mm 🔹 Print Profile Description

This profile is optimized for ironing calibration tests .

- Layer height: 0.2 mm - Top layers: 3 (to emphasize ironing effect) - Ironing enabled on top surfaces - Designed for PLA (also works with PETG/ABS) - Includes variations of ironing speed (10–25 mm/s) and flow (5–20%) integrated in the model Use this profile to quickly compare ironing parameters in a single print and find the best settings for smooth, glossy top surfaces .

All of the values corrected from original model original isnt set up correctly and has bad values for all of the 15% colums and most of the 20mm row
