Magnetic Base & Wall Mount - Xiaomi Zigbee Switch

Ever wished your Xiaomi Zigbee Switch could be both a wall switch and a portable remote while adding a pop of  colour ? This simple magnetic base makes it possible.

- Stick it to the wall as a clean, minimalist light switch. - Pop it off the mount and use it in your hand whenever you want more flexibility. I designed this because I needed to dim the lights smoothly while putting my baby to sleep—without leaving the room. Now it’s a must-have in my smart home setup.

You can add a 19.5xØ3mm magnet on the base (or the on listed from bambu store ) to make it possible to mount on ferrous metal surfaces and also add another magnet on the optional wall mount for maximum flexibility.

Assembly instructions:

Pretty straight forward:

- Remove the original back plate of the switch, so as the battery is visible. - Clip on the new back plate in the same way as the original - Optionally add a magnet, and then screw the base with the printed back plate. I used some 19.5xØ3mm I got from my hardware store. - If you have printed the wall mount, you can use command strips or double sided tape to secure it on the wall.
