This is a minimalist tilting phone stand.

The base is printed with a pretty high infill density to give it the weight and heft to be stable with a phone attached.

The actual charging pad holder is printed separately allowing it to support multiple charging pad designs.

Generic Amazon Qi Charger Created to support generic MagSafe chargers sold through Amazon. Many of these will be made from the same manufacturing sites in china and sold under different names.

This one has an outer diameter of approximately 59.7mm and a height of 8.6mm.

It also uses a usb-c port on the puck, so the opening at the bottom is widened.

This does friction fit, but your mileage may vary. I'd recommend a dab of super glue on the center of the puck holder just to ensure it doesn't pull out when you undock your phone.
