Teenage Engineering Pocket Operator Eurorack Plate

I wanted to mount my pocket operators in a Eurorack case - the problem being that the audio jacks are on the underside. This plate brings out the audio jacks to the top, and allows the pocket operator to be mounted in a standard Eurorack case - all within a 14 HP module.

You'll need to solder 3 wires from the pads on each PO audio socket, onto the audio jacks.
