Weuaste 6.25 motorcycle 22mm bar clamp

This bracket design solves a few issues with the included Weuaste hardware.  Weuaste only includes a ¼ center thread point for a ball mount which in many cases will push the unit forward creating more moment for rotation and forces in the z axis while riding which is less than ideal.  My design eliminates all the extra failure points and jenky universal handlebar stuff they include in the box.  This gives you a super strong mount that delivers all forces to the bar and easily carries this larger head unit flush with other displays in the stack as shown in my images from our CFmoto Ibex450

This bracket allows use of the factory vibration dampening washers which you can remove from the original included bracket.  The ZWG bracket will key into the back of the GPS unit exactly like the factory bracket and use all the existing hardware.

To clamp requires (4) m5x30 stainless hex head bolts.  Common at any ace hardware.

The parts on are on two plates so you can print the bracket with supports as it needs to be printed with the interface bosses down so you can remove the supports and that surface will be up against the GPS unit never to be seen again.  The clamp is set upside down so you get a nice plate texture showing forward.  This layout gives you the cleanest printed part for a factory look.
