Injection & Demolding Tips 🧪

• ✨ Lubrication is Key: Make sure to thoroughly coat the mold with a silicone mold release or mineral oil before injecting.

• ⚠️ Tail Section: Pay extra attention to the tail area . Since the mold is closed and the tails are very thin, they can easily stick or tear during demolding. Proper lubrication ensures the delicate dual-tails slide out smoothly without losing their action!

• 🌡️ Cooling: Let the plastisol cool completely before opening to avoid deforming the fine ribbed texture.

- 🧵 Material: For the mold, use PETG or High-Temp PLA 🌡️ (Resin is 👑 for the smoothest results). - 📐 Layer Height: 0.12mm or lower for that "shop-bought" look. - 🧱 Infill: 25%+ for durability when using clamps. - 🛡️ Wall Loops: 3-4 walls to ensure a 100% leak-proof experience.
