Customizable Air Vent Duct Transition

Fully parametric air vent duct transition piece designed in OpenSCAD. Connect two different diameter round ducts with a smooth tapered reducer/increaser.

All dimensions are customizable:

- Input diameter (mm) - Output diameter (mm) - Transition length - Wall thickness - Collar/sleeve length Slip-over option: Each side has an independent toggle to set whether the piece slides over an existing pipe (wall thickness goes outward) or fits inside a duct (wall thickness goes inward). This makes it compatible with any round duct you already have installed.

Open the .scad file in OpenSCAD and adjust the parameters at the top of the file, or use the built-in Customizer (Window > Customizer). No coding required.
