Trading Card Dividers for 5000-Count Storage Boxes

If you store trading cards in standard 5000-count storage boxes , you know how quickly rows shift and sections collapse when dividers tip or slide. These dividers are designed specifically to solve that.

This is a self-standing trading card divider engineered to remain upright inside densely packed 5000-count boxes without bending or falling over. The geometry stabilizes the divider between card rows so you can flip, sort, and browse sections smoothly without constant repositioning.

Use them to organize by color, rarity, set, deck, team, year, or any custom category. The face provides a clear labeling surface that stays visible above card height for fast scanning across a full box.

I created these after not finding a divider on MakerWorld that both fit 5000-count boxes correctly and stayed stable during real use. These are designed for TCG and standard sports card dimensions and work well for MTG, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and sports card collections.

Printing & Assembly Notes

These dividers include a thin print-stabilization base at the bottom.

- The base exists only to allow reliable flat printing and to fit many dividers on a plate at once. - After printing, snap the base off cleanly along the designed break line . - Once removed, the divider fits correctly in the storage box and functions as intended. This approach allows printing large batches efficiently (40+ per plate with H2S) while ensuring proper final fit and vertical stability inside card rows.

Optimized for standard FDM printing:

- 0.28 mm layer height (fast printing) - Default Bambu Studio settings - No supports required - PLA or PETG recommended for rigidity - If using generic PLA, increase nozzle temperature ~5–10 °C for stronger layer bonding
