0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill To get the best results for your Flexi Ariel, I recommend the following settings:
Material: PLA or Silk PLA (Silk gives the mermaid a beautiful shimmery effect).
Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm. (Lower layer height ensures smoother joints).
Wall Loops: 3 (This makes the joints stronger and more durable).
Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroïd or Adaptive Cubic is recommended).
Supports: No Supports needed! The model is designed to be print-in-place.
Adhesion: If you have bed adhesion issues with small parts, use a 5mm Brim.
Top Surface Pattern: Monotonic Line for a clean, professional finish.
Pro Tip: Make sure your build plate is clean (wash with dish soap and warm water) to ensure the small moving parts of the tail stick perfectly during the first layer!
