The default print profile includes extensions for inside diameters 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-¼", 1-½", 2", 2-½", 3", 3-½", 4" and extension lengths of 1", 2", 3", 4", 5", 6". The inside diameters are scaled per Schedule 40 PVC, so the actual numbers vary a bit. However, I have included the SolidWorks file with global variables for everything in case you want to change it, or I am happy to do so if you send me the diameters you need.

Added a print profile for an integrated end cap also.
