This project might be quite tricky for beginners, but I tried to make it easy, so good luck

- Ensure that bed is clean before printing, some parts are small and might not stick to dirty bed. - I have achieved the best effects with PLA, although PETg is also good and makes softer springs in my opinion, - Ensure that your made Flow Dynamics Calibration in the Bambu Studio Calibration section, as otherwise it is likely to have to much material (will be visible at springs) - Small elements are printed together with brim turned on, to avoid detaching from the bed. If you will have problems with printing them, you might try to use raft - Knob might require removing remains of the brim - Project contain many plates: - plate1  All in one with plain chassis - for those who wants only default configuration

those who want some variation or need to reprint some parts: - plate 2. - internal sliders - plate 3 - springs and knob - plate 4-7 - different versions of covers (to see differences you need so see at place from bottom) Assembly

Comments:

- No need to use glue, all parts should fit with some tension to stay together, but if you want you can use glue to close covers or for the knob. - Sliding causes friction and some parts might wear with time. You can use it of grease on sliding springs to male movement smoother - There is more springs than needed, it is to choose the best matching ones

Not all parts are needed, springs have different strength. Just choose the best for you. There are 4 sets of sliding springs +  3 springs for rotating knob How to choose springs: Generally rotation should be a bit easier than slide, so piece will not slide while you rotate it.

Unfortunately that has to be tested experimentally, by comparing how hard is to rotate versus how hard it to slide. If you can't decide which combination is best for you, just choose less hard ones Please remember that opening after assembly can be quite hard, so better test how things move and rotate without putting covers and pressing both parts together

Slider assembly

Place knob in the chassis and add spring, knob should rotate with small resistance. Note: It is easier to assembly by placing knob first half way and then placing spring. Note: There are 3 small springs for the rotating knob, just select the one which makes best rotation for you

Close the compartment, start closing from the side shown on the picture. That part is quite delicate, so be gentle with it Ready sliding & rotating tray. Main parts assembly

Place sliding & rotating tray in the main chassis and select the best matching spring Place sliding tray in 2nd chassis and select matching spring Note: Now is good moment for test. Put both parts gently together (do not press them) and check how hard it is to slide and rotate.

Place cover on the chassis and push from longer sides until you hear click and cover will go into the place, then press at shorter edges for the same fully  assembled part part2

Put cover on 2nch chassis and also close it by pressing first at longer edges, then on shorter Final assembly

put both parts together and press Enjoy
