Ergonomic Laptop Stand – Simple & Strong

This is a minimalistic ergonomic laptop stand designed to raise your laptop to a more comfortable viewing angle. The raised position helps reduce neck strain and improves posture during long working sessions.

The stand has a clean design, is easy to print, and provides good stability even without additional rubber pads.

Parts

The stand consists of three parts :

- Main stand body - Front support pad - Top support pad The two smaller parts are glued onto the main stand after printing.

These pads help protect the laptop and provide additional grip.

Material

The stand can be printed with different materials.

Recommended materials:

• PLA – works perfectly fine (this is what I used) • TPU – optional for the two smaller pads if you want better grip and stability

I personally printed everything in PLA , and it works great.

Optional Upgrade

If you want even more stability on the desk, you can attach a non-slip rubber sticker or pad to the bottom of the stand.

In practice, I did not add any rubber , because the weight of the stand and laptop already keeps it stable on the table .

Print Profiles

Two print profiles are included:

STRONG (recommended)

This profile provides better strength because the layer orientation and filament path create a stronger structure in this printing position.

This is the profile I used.

⚠️ Important: When the print reaches 50% height , reduce the printing speed from 100% to 50% to maintain good print quality and stability.

LITE

This profile uses less material and prints faster , but it is slightly less strong than the STRONG profile.

Assembly

Assembly is very simple:

- Print all three parts - Glue the two smaller pads onto the main stand body - (Optional) Add a non-slip pad to the bottom That's it — your stand is ready to use.

Compatibility

Works well with most laptops, including 13”–16” models .
