Описание

Allow your X2D door to open fully and prevent breaking your glass door by opening too far. Connects to the original door hinges. STEP files included.

There are optional eccentric pins for XY door adjustment (0.5 - 2.0mm).

Fitment has tight tolerances. Print in PETG.

Requires 4 M2x8mm (AA023) screws and 10 BT3x10mm (AA200) screws.

Rigid Brackets I found the top and bottom brackets stopped the original hinge from rotating to the right, but not from rotating a little to the left.  This caused the hinges to not necessarily be kept in the same and fixed alignment, with possible stress on the door.

The two brackets in this profile have an added extension on the left that curves round and presses on the curved corner of the printer.  Just push the brackets against the printer before screwing tight.  The curves do not have to match, so long as the original hinges can no longer turn.

Use the same print detail as the original.

Once the brackets are replaced, I find this model to work perfectly with no alignment or unnecessary play problems.  All credit to the original creator.
