This often leads to residual water pooling at the base, causing the heads to become "grimy" or smell over time.

This holder provides a clean and organized solution for up to four Oral-B iO series brush heads.

Print Settings & Tips for Perfect Results:

This model is engineered for durability and ease of printing. To achieve the best results with ASA, I recommend the following:

- Material: White ASA (highly recommended for its heat resistance and hygiene). - Printer & Warping Prevention: I printed this on a Bambu Lab P1S. To minimize warping and ensure perfect layer adhesion, it is highly recommended to preheat the printer’s chamber before starting. Maintaining a stable, warm environment is key for ASA. - Supports: None required! The design is optimized to print cleanly without any support structures. - Infill: 15–20% is more than enough for strength. - Assembly: Zero assembly needed—just print and use. Pro-Tip for a Premium Finish:

If you want a completely smooth, "injection-molded" look, you can vapor smooth the ASA part with acetone. This melts the outer layers together, creating a glossy finish that looks great and is even easier to clean as no dirt can get trapped in the layer lines. However, the raw print quality is already excellent right off the build plate!
