Drip Irrigation Hose Anchor - 10mm Clip

After installing a drip irrigation system in our greenhouse, we noticed that the hoses would constantly move around whenever we worked on the plants. Over time they started shifting position, crossing over each other, and occasionally pulling on the drippers themselves. Besides looking messy, this could also affect the placement of the watering points.

To solve this problem, I designed these lightweight hose anchors. They allow you to neatly secure irrigation tubing directly to the ground, creating simple strain relief while keeping everything organized and exactly where you want it.

The anchor clips onto hoses with an outer diameter of up to 10 mm and is particularly useful for irrigation systems ( Blumat in our case). The rounded entry geometry allows the hose to snap into place easily while still providing a secure hold.

I recommend printing these in PETG or another weather-resistant material, especially for greenhouse or outdoor use.

The design is intentionally lightweight and optimized for batch printing, allowing you to print dozens of anchors quickly while using very little filament.

Notes

These anchors perform best in firm or moderately compacted soil. In very loose, sandy, or crumbly soil they may not provide enough holding force due to their compact length.

Designed and tested with Blumat irrigation tubing, but they should also work with many other irrigation hoses with an outside diameter close to 10 mm.
