Support AMS HT pour Simple AMS Flipper de Jakob — fixation directe sur l'ossature, réversible G/D

Mon nouveau AMS HT venait d'arriver, il me fallait un support compatible avec le Simple AMS Flipper de Jakob : 🔗 https://makerworld.com/fr/models/1815860-h2-simple-ams-flipper

Pourquoi ce design plutôt que le support officiel de Jakob ? Le support AMS-HT de Jakob se fixe sur le châssis de l'imprimante. Le mien s'accroche directement sur l'ossature du Flipper, en s'appuyant sur la structure triangulée du bras — comme on le voit sur le rendu CAD ci-dessus. C'est une approche différente, pas un remplacement : à toi de voir laquelle correspond le mieux à ton montage.

Caractéristiques

- Fixation par clipsage / insertion sur les triangles du bras, aucun outil ni visserie nécessaire - Réversible gauche/droite : un seul design en miroir, mais je fournis directement les 2 fichiers STL prêts à imprimer (pas besoin de mirrorer toi-même dans Bambu Studio) - Compatible avec le bras droit court (version ventilée) — même système de fixation par triangles - Profil pensé pour rester compact et garder le Flipper pleinement fonctionnel une fois l'AMS HT en place - Hauteur du support calculée pour laisser entièrement libre la fenêtre de visualisation intérieure de l'imprimante

Matériau recommandé Imprimé et utilisé en PETG-CF chez moi — bon compromis rigidité/qualité de finition, et la teinte cuivrée rend plutôt bien sur la pièce. Je n'ai pas testé en PLA et je ne le recommande pas pour cette pièce : c'est un élément structurel qui supporte le poids de l'AMS HT (1.2 kg) + 1 bobine pleine , mieux vaut une matière rigide. A peine de fléchissement malgré les + de 2kg de poids :

Impression Le fichier nécessite des supports, mais l'orientation a été pensée pour les limiter au maximum : la pièce est positionnée à l'envers sur le plateau (dessus contre le plateau)

Mise à jour : amortisseurs TPU anti-vibrations

Pour limiter les vibrations  entre le support et la carrosserie de l'imprimante, j'ajoute deux petits amortisseurs en TPU qui s'insèrent par friction (sans colle) sur le cadre bas du support, au point de contact avec l'imprimante. Le support n'étant pas forcément parfaitement parallèle à la carrosserie, chaque cale a un côté de 8 mm et l'autre de 10 mm : il suffit de la retourner pour s'adapter à l'écart réel de ton montage.

AMS HT mount for Jakob's Simple AMS Flipper — mounts directly on the flipper frame, left/right reversible

My new AMS HT had just arrived, so I needed a mount compatible with Jakob's Simple AMS Flipper: 🔗 https://makerworld.com/fr/models/1815860-h2-simple-ams-flipper

Why this design instead of Jakob's official AMS-HT mount? Jakob's AMS-HT bracket attaches to the printer's frame. Mine clips directly onto the Flipper's own arm, using its triangular truss structure — as shown in the CAD render above. It's a different approach, not a replacement: pick whichever fits your setup better.

Features

- Clip-on mount onto the arm's triangle frame, no tools or screws needed - Left/right reversible: one mirrored design, but I provide both STL files ready to print directly (no need to mirror it yourself in Bambu Studio) - Compatible with the short right arm (vented version) — same triangle mounting system - Compact profile that keeps the Flipper fully functional once the AMS HT is attached - Mount height calculated to keep the printer's internal viewing window fully unobstructed

Recommended material Printed and used in PETG-CF on my own setup — good balance of rigidity and finish quality, and the copper tone actually looks great on the part. Haven't tested it in PLA and wouldn't recommend it for this part: it's a structural piece carrying the AMS HT's weight, so a rigid material is preferable. Only a few flex even under 2kg+ of load :

Printing This part does require supports, but the orientation has been worked out to keep them to a minimum: the part is positioned upside down on the bed (top side down)

Update: TPU anti-vibration dampers

To reduce vibration between the mount and the printer's body, I'm adding two small TPU dampers that press-fit (no glue) onto the bottom frame of the mount, right where it contacts the printer. Since the mount isn't always perfectly parallel to the printer's body, each damper has one side at 8 mm and the other at 10 mm — just flip it around to match the actual gap on your setup.
