Описание

This highly-engineered, premium spool mounting system was designed exclusively and specifically for the Snapmaker U1 equipped with a Biqu PopCap . It uses print-in-place conical roller bearings to perfectly center and suspend your spools, providing a firm, stable hold and an easy spin that eliminates extruder drag.

✨ Key Features

- Smooth Conical Bearings: The spools ride on 60mm conical hubs that automatically self-center any filament spool (from standard Bambu/Polymaker sizes up to wide-bore spools). Built-in print-in-place dumbbell roller bearings make them spin incredibly easily. - Premium Sweeping Design: No blocky, basic geometry here. The brackets feature a gorgeous, mathematically perfect sweeping crescent arch with rounded fillets that look like high-end injection molding. - No Hardware Required: The entire assembly is 100% 3D printed. No metal skate bearings or screws needed! 🖨️ Printing Instructions

I have provided a fully prepared .3mf print profile with all the parts perfectly oriented on the bed. No supports are needed!

- Infill: 15-20% Gyroid is plenty strong for the brackets. - Material: PETG, ABS, or PLA+ (If your enclosure gets hot, avoid standard PLA for the brackets). 🔧 Assembly

- The Brackets: Simply slide the hook slots horizontally onto the top and bottom lip of your PopCap enclosure door. - The Bearings: Slide the printed conical bearings onto the 14.6mm bracket axles. (Pro Tip: Use a small dab of superglue between the axle and the inner hole of the bearing to hold it permanently in place. This makes it way easier to push the cones against the spool without them slipping off!) 🤝 Remix Credit

The incredibly smooth internal roller geometry of the conical bearings is powered by the brilliant parametric Print-in-Place Bearing Generator by Koolm. Be sure to check out their original tool!

0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 15% infill

Mini Conical Bearing 39 - 46 mm Got a request to fit the mini spools. This should Fit from 39 to 46 mm holes on a spool.

Center Bracket to make Dual Spool Holder I designed this to be able to put 2 spool holders up on the Biqu Pop Cap. It's printed in half so no supports needed, there are some pegs to use some glue and align everything together.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill I made these PTFE CLips, they clip on the top portion of the door, and hold a 4mm PTFE tube. I cut mine about 5 inches long. I fed my filament through these ptfe tubes. This allows you to get the TPU up towards the top of the chamber and allowed me to do a dual color phone case in 85a with my snapmaker.
