Pool Solar Cover Holder – Hook Adapter (Bestway)

Halterung für die aufgerollte Solar-Poolplane – klemmt auf die obere Rahmenschiene eines Rundpools (getestet: Bestway Steel Pro Max, 3,66 m) und nimmt einen handelsüblichen Metall-Wandhaken auf, statt ihn an der Wand zu montieren.

Remix von "Haken für Bestway Pool" von ichbinblue2010: der Original-Arm wurde durch eine passgenaue Tasche für den Hakenstab ersetzt. Jede Halterung ist mit 2× M4×30-Schrauben am Alu-Haken befestigt. Passender Haken: gängiger Wandhaken/Gerätehaken aus verzinktem Stahl (z. B. VORMANN, 4er-Set, ~20 €, Amazon/Baumarkt). Entscheidend sind die Maße am Stab: Ø 18 mm rund, zum Ende hin abgeflacht auf max. 26 mm Breite, Lochabstand 25 mm & 89 mm ab Stabende, Lochdurchmesser 5 mm. Andere Haken mit ähnlichen Maßen passen ebenfalls.

Druck: PETG, 4 Wandschleifen, 30–40 % Infill, keine Stützen nötig. Getestet mit dem 0.20mm Strength-Profil auf dem Bambu Lab A1 mini.

English Version: Holder for a rolled-up pool solar cover – clips onto the top frame rail of a round frame pool (tested on a Bestway Steel Pro Max, 3.66 m) and holds a standard metal wall/utility hook instead of mounting it to a wall.

Remix of "Haken für Bestway Pool" by ichbinblue2010: the original arm was replaced with a snug pocket that holds the hook's shaft. Each holder is fastened to the aluminum hook with 2× M4×30 screws. Compatible hook: a common galvanized-steel wall/utility hook (e.g. VORMANN, set of 4, ~€20, Amazon/hardware store). What matters is the shaft dimensions: Ø 18 mm round, flattened toward the end to max. 26 mm width, hole spacing 25 mm & 89 mm from the end, hole diameter 5 mm. Other hooks with similar dimensions will also fit.

Printing: PETG, 4 wall loops, 30–40% infill, no supports needed. Tested with the 0.20mm Strength profile on a Bambu Lab A1 mini.
