This Imperial Large Corner Radius Router Jig Set is a highly functional tool designed for woodworkers and makers who need precise, repeatable, and smooth large-radius corners in their woodworking projects.

Unlike the original metric version, every template in this set is designed around commonly used imperial measurements. Each radius is clearly marked directly in inches, making the set especially convenient for projects, plans, materials, and workshops that use the imperial measurement system.

The Large Set includes 5 different corner radius options:

3″, 4″, 5″, 6″ and 7″.

How to use

- Choose the desired imperial radius from the available templates. - Attach the two snap-in side supports to the selected template. - Position the template securely against the corner of your workpiece. - Make sure the template and workpiece are stable before routing. - Use a router with a flush-trim bit to follow the curved edge. - Repeat the process on additional corners for clean and consistent results.
