19" Rack 2U 4x 80mm fan panel, reinforced

This module is part of my collection 19" Rack Madness , all the modules are interchangeable and you can join them together to create the perfect 19" rack module, follow the collection to stay notified as new modules are added.

This 2U 19" rack panel is designed to hold 4 × 80 mm fans , providing high airflow while maximizing rigidity and printability.

To fit the build volume of most 3D printers, the panel is split into two equal halves . Both sections are joined using a high-strength connector system engineered to create a rigid, precisely aligned assembly with excellent structural integrity.

The connector and reinforcement geometry have been optimized to minimize flex, allowing the completed panel to perform like a single solid piece once mounted in the rack.

Assembly

To mount the 2 halfs there are space for 8 m3x10 screws, i recomend fitting them all. Also its prepared to screw directly into the plastic, the forces will be lateral so it should hold nice without heated inserts.

If you mount longer screws m3x14mm or bigger, you can add a nut to lock it even better.
