Low-Profile Cable Tie Mounts – Screw Mount Series

Simple, strong, and reliable cable tie mounts for your desk, workshop, or travel gear.

I designed these with a deeply countersunk center hole. This allows your screw heads to sit completely flush, ensuring smooth cable routing without damaging your zip-ties or snagging wires.

Included Sizes

Important Note: All three sizes feature  6mm screw hole. This makes them perfectly sized for M5 or M6 flat-head screws, or standard thick wood screws.

20 x 20 mm (Standard): Perfect for everyday cable management.

24 x 24 mm (Medium): Great for slightly larger cable bundles and heavier routing.

28 x 28 mm (XL / Heavy Duty): Maximum strength for heavy cable runs and power strips.

4-Way Zip-Tie Access: Pass your zip-ties through from any 90-degree angle.

Flush Screw Fitting: Deep countersink keeps screw heads safely hidden.

Print-in-Place & Supportless: Prints cleanly without any supports.

Low Profile: Compact pyramid design to prevent snagging.

Recommended Print Settings

Material: PLA, PETG, ABS, or other hard filaments. Do NOT use TPU.

Layer Height: 0.20mm

Wall Loops / Perimeters: 6 (Crucial for maximum strength so the loops do not snap)

Infill: 25%

Supports: None
