Customizable Gridfinity Tray with Handles

GRIDFINITY ON BOTH SIDES

- Feet underneath, so the tray drops straight into any standard gridfinity baseplate - Sockets on top, so it takes standard gridfinity bins and anything gridfinity stacks onto it - Trays stack on each other and labels can be read on all stacked trays. WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE

- Grid: 1 to 7 pockets in X and Y - Handles on both sides, one side, or none - Handle height in gridfinity units, so the top edge lines up with bins of the same height - Handle width, and how much solid material each end keeps - Text on each handle, and which way round it reads - Body and text colours WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU PRINT

- Two filaments. Set both colours the same for a single-filament print. - No supports anywhere. The roof of the hand hole is chamfered and filleted down to a ridge, so only a 0.5 mm strip is bridged, and that strip is anchored at both ends. - Watch the size. Anything over 256 mm needs a large-format printer, and 7 x 7 comes to 320 mm, which is the H2D limit. - The handle text shrinks to fit but stops at about 4 mm. Below that the strokes get thinner than two extrusion widths and the colour change reads poorly. Geometry follows the Gridfinity standard: 42 mm pitch, 4.75 mm base profile, 7 mm height units.
