0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill • 0.10 mm layer height with 0.2 mm nozzle; • print-in-place — do not separate or merge parts; • print without supports; • 5 wall loops for strong, durable hinges; • 12–15% gyroid or adaptive cubic infill; • PLA or PETG recommended; • elephant foot compensation ~0.12 mm; • no brim or raft to avoid joining moving parts; • let the print cool completely before moving; • gently loosen each hinge before fully folding the cube.
