This simple 3D-printed deflector solves a common issue with the stock floor vent in the Kenworth T680 sleeper: it blows air straight down onto the floor, which is a very inefficient way to circulate air through the cab.

Instead, this design redirects the airflow upward and outward for much better distribution. It bolts directly to the existing vent using the factory screws already in place—no drilling or extra hardware required. All you need is a Phillips-head screwdriver.
