The Crown of Thorns Cross combines the Christian cross with one of the most powerful symbols of Christ’s Passion.

At 60 mm at its longest point, it works well as a:

- Keychain - Necklace pendant - Bracelet charm - Backpack or bag charm - Zipper pull - Small religious gift or keepsake The flat two-color design keeps the crown and cross details clear while still making the model straightforward to print.

Meaning Behind the Design

The Crown of Thorns represents the suffering and sacrifice of Jesus during the Passion.

Paired with the cross, the design serves as a reminder of Christ’s sacrifice, humility, and love.

It is a more solemn design than some of the others in the collection, but that is kind of the point.

Printing Notes

- Approximately 60 mm at its longest point - Designed for easy FDM printing - Prints flat on the build plate - No supports should be required - Two-color printing helps highlight the crown and cross details - A 0.4 mm nozzle works well for normal printing - A 0.2 mm nozzle can produce sharper thorn details - PLA works well for decorative use - PETG is a good option for charms that will see frequent handling Supports & Removal Notes

No supports should normally be needed.

Take care around the attachment loop and any thinner thorn details when removing the print from the build plate.

Allow the plate to cool first to reduce flexing or accidental damage.

Important Notes

- Intended as a decorative faith-inspired charm - Can be attached to your own key ring, necklace chain, cord, bracelet hardware, or similar accessory - Not designed for load-bearing or safety-related use - Avoid excessive bending or twisting around the attachment loop - Fine thorn details may be more fragile at smaller scales - Durability will depend on filament, print settings, layer adhesion, and scale Usage & Licensing Disclaimer
