A compact travel-size Q-Tip / cotton swab case I designed especially for travel and holidays. It keeps your cotton swabs clean, organized and protected without taking up much space in your bag.

The best part is that the entire case is designed as a single print-in-place piece . The inner and outer sections are printed together, with no screws, pins or assembly required after printing.

🔄 Smooth & Secure Rotation

I designed the mechanism with a 0.15 mm tolerance to achieve a smooth and controlled rotation while keeping the parts securely connected.

The goal was to find the right balance between movement and resistance, so the case rotates easily but does not accidentally open during transport.

For the first rotation after printing , a little extra force may be needed to release the inner mechanism. This is normal and intentional because the parts are printed together.

⚠️ Team Placement – Rotation Mechanism

Please do not move, separate or reposition the model parts before printing.

The placement of the parts was carefully designed to preserve the intended geometry, 0.15 mm tolerance and rotation mechanism . Moving the parts may change the final accuracy and could affect how smoothly the mechanism works.

For the best result, simply print the model exactly as provided .

The model was designed with optimized support placement for quick and easy support removal , while maintaining the tolerances needed for the moving mechanism.

No assembly is required after printing:

Print → Remove supports → Free the mechanism → Rotate & use.
