Get ready to dominate the convention floor and bring the ultimate cinematic villain to life with this complete, high-detail full-scale Dr. Doom Armor , meticulously modeled for the upcoming 2026 cinematic universe iteration. As the primary antagonist of Avengers: Doomsday (slated for theatrical release on December 18, 2026) portrayed by Robert Downey Jr., this redesigned armor blends classical monarchical elements with futuristic, brutalist militarism.

Due to MakerWorld file size limitations and the massive polygon count of this high-detail full-scale armor set, the files were too large to upload in a single .3mf file. To get everything you need for the complete build, this project has been split into 3 separate files . You must download all 3 files to ensure you have every single armor piece, helmet variant, and component!

File BREAKDOWN:

The 1st .3mf above has the new helmet, the shin armor, belt and one of the cape buttons

The 2nd of 3  .3mf below has two older style helmets if you prefer them (they are the same on the outside, but one is thicker than the other), the new 2026 shoes and the new 2026 chest plate:

For the structural armor plates, greaves, and helmet, print using SUNLU ASA Filament for superior UV resistance, high impact strength, and easy post-processing/smoothing. For detailed components or flexible inner elements, SUNLU PETG Filament provides exceptional layer adhesion and toughness.

For assembling the rigid plastic armor segments securely, I recommend using a professional Plastic Welding Kit / Hot Stapler to fuse structural seams from the inside out for maximum durability during troopings and events.
