7/8" Pole to 3/4"-5 ACME Painter Pole Adapter

Designed to fit common North American painter pole / broom style 3/4"-5 threads, validated by real-world test fitting!

This adapter lets you reuse a 7/8" (22.2 mm) metal pole or broom handle with accessories designed for the common North American 3/4"-5 painter pole thread .

I designed it after struggling to find a suitable adapter and refined the dimensions through several real-world test prints.

- Material: PETG - Layer height: 0.20 mm - Wall loops: 5 - Infill: 35% Gyroid - Supports: None - Print vertically with the 7/8" pole opening on the build plate Important note

Painter pole threads are not always manufactured to perfectly identical dimensions. This model was test-fitted against real North American painter-pole hardware and adjusted for practical fit rather than strict theoretical ACME dimensions.

The 7/8" end is intentionally secured with #8 self-drilling screws, making it suitable for hollow metal poles and handles.
