Hidden AirTag & Tracker MTB Fork Plug - 5 Sizes

Hide a compatible round tracker inside the lower opening of your MTB suspension fork.

AVAILABLE SIZES

This remix includes five sizes, each placed on a separate build plate:

- 34.0 mm — FOX 32 tapered and FOX 34 - 32.5 mm — FOX 36, RockShox Pike and some FOX 34 - 32.0 mm — SR Suntour Aion 35 and RockShox Lyrik - 31.8 mm — RockShox ZEB - 30.0 mm — Generic small opening The 32.0 mm version has been physically printed and fit-tested on an SR Suntour Aion 35. All other fork compatibility references are indicative and may vary depending on the specific fork model and production year.

Always measure the internal diameter of your fork opening before printing. Select and print only the corresponding build plate.

The indicated size refers exclusively to the nominal fork opening. It does not refer to the dimensions of the tracker. The flexible retention tabs are intentionally slightly larger to provide a secure friction fit.

IMPROVEMENTS IN THIS REMIX

Compared with the original project, this remix includes:

- Five fork-opening sizes, each organized on a separate build plate. - Local 100% infill reinforcement in the most highly stressed area, intended to improve durability and reduce the risk of failure at the potential weak point identified by users of the original model. - Reinforcement limited to the necessary area, avoiding unnecessary material throughout the rest of the part. - An unchanged tracker cavity and upper section across all five versions, ensuring consistent tracker retention regardless of the selected fork size. Only the section inserted into the fork changes between the five versions.

TRACKER COMPATIBILITY

The holder is designed for Apple AirTag and compatible round tracker devices with similar external dimensions.

It can be used with tracker devices connected to the Apple Find My or Google Find Hub networks, provided that the physical hardware fits inside the tracker cavity. Network compatibility does not automatically guarantee physical compatibility.

The cavity has been physically tested with a third-party round tracker measuring approximately Ø29 × 7.8 mm.

Tracker shapes and dimensions may differ even when they use the same tracking network. Measure your tracker before printing.

The printed holder is a passive mechanical part and does not contain tracking electronics.

MATERIAL RECOMMENDATIONS

PETG is recommended for outdoor use because it provides better flexibility, temperature resistance and durability.

A PLA print profile is also available as an easier-to-print alternative. However, PLA offers lower heat and weather resistance and is therefore less suitable for permanent outdoor installation.
