A bold black and white HueForge portrait of Batman , inspired by the dramatic linework, deep shadows, and high-contrast style of classic comic book art.

Designed at 200 × 200 mm , this model creates a striking display piece using only two filaments and a single color change . The monochrome palette emphasizes the shadows, highlights, and graphic details of the artwork while keeping the print surprisingly simple.

Print Settings

- Model size: 200 × 200 mm - First layer height: 0.16 mm - Layer height: 0.08 mm - Infill: 100% - Walls: 1 perimeter - Base thickness: 0.48 mm - Actual thickness: 1.12 mm You may use higher layer heights below the 0.48 mm base thickness .

Filaments

This print uses only 2 unique filaments :

- Bambu Lab PLA Basic Black (#000000) Transmission Distance: 0.6 - Bambu Lab PLA Matte Ivory White (#FFFFFF) Transmission Distance: 3.5 You can use filaments from other manufacturers, provided their Transmission Distance (TD) values closely match those listed above. Filaments with significantly different TD values may produce different results.

Filament Swap Instructions

Start with Black .

- At layer 6 (0.72 mm) , switch to Ivory White for the rest of the print. That's it! Just two colors and one filament change .

Scaling

Want a larger Dark Knight on your wall?

You can scale the model to larger sizes by resizing X and Y proportionally , while keeping the Z dimension unchanged .

⚠️ Do not scale the Z axis , as changing the model thickness will alter the HueForge color blending and may significantly affect the final result.

Included Print Profile

The included 3MF print profile is already configured with the recommended HueForge settings and filament change:

- First layer height: 0.16 mm - Layer height: 0.08 mm - Infill: 100% - Walls: 1 perimeter - AMS: Required – The automatic filament change is pre-configured in the included 3MF file. No AMS? No problem. With only one filament change, this model is also very easy to print manually by following the swap instructions above.
