Large Vernier Caliper – 50 cm / 0.05 mm

A large, fully 3D-printable vernier caliper with a measuring range of up to 50 cm and 0.05 mm resolution .

Designed as a practical and functional measuring tool for workshops, makers, DIY projects and general-purpose measurements.

Printing

The parts are designed for easy 3D printing. In case of adhesion issues, you can enable a Brim for the small part.

Assembly

When assembling the caliper, it is recommended to position, align and check the parts using another measuring tool , as shown in the photos. This helps ensure that the two sections are correctly aligned and the measurement scale is accurate.

Once everything is properly aligned, glue the parts together using cyanoacrylate (CA / super glue) .
