Mini Flexi Alligator - Print in Place Gator

Flexi Alligator is a small print-in-place articulated alligator: a cute, chunky-snouted gator with a segmented body and tail that wiggles straight off the build plate, no supports and no assembly. Each one is only about 62 × 31 × 13 mm, so it works as a pocket fidget, a desk toy or a handful of party favours, and the supplied Bambu Studio profile prints 26 of them on one plate.

- Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.20 mm Standard profile, 0.4 mm nozzle) - Material: PLA (Generic PLA profiles for all three slots) - Supports: none needed – the model prints flat with print-in-place joints - Colours / AMS: the supplied profile uses 3 filaments (green body, black eyes, white claws), so an AMS or manual filament changes are needed for the multicolour version. The STL is one mesh, so a single-colour print without an AMS works fine – the eyes and claws simply print in the body colour. - Plates: 2 – "Batch" with 26 alligators plus a prime tower, "Single" with 1 alligator - Walls / infill: 2 walls, 15% grid infill, 5 top and 3 bottom layers - Bed / brim: textured PEI plate, automatic brim - Printer: profile prepared for the Bambu Lab X1 Carbon with a 0.4 mm nozzle; MakerWorld lists the other compatible Bambu printers automatically. The project is not pre-sliced, so print time and filament weight are calculated by MakerWorld after upload. - After printing: remove the brim, then gently bend the tail and body a few times to free the joints. - Green, black and white are the intended palette, but any bright body colour works; the eyes and claws are small painted regions, so a high-contrast eye colour keeps the face readable. - If a joint feels stiff, flex it slowly in both directions rather than forcing it; the segments are designed to move once the first layer's squish is broken.
