Safety Razor Travel Case with Blade Compartments

A compact, all-in-one travel case for your safety razor. Fits standard-sized razors, holds new and used blades in separate compartments, and needs zero external hardware, snap-fit clips and a filament hinge only.

Dimensions: 110 x 80 x 31 mm - small enough to fit in any dopp kit or carry-on.

- Razor compartment shaped to hold the razor securely in place without shifting during transport, with a finger tab for easy removal. - Two separate compartments for new blades and one dedicated compartment for used blades, so you never accidentally touch a used blade. - Each blade compartment has its own flip lid with a satisfying click-closure. Closing the main lid automatically closes both blade flaps at the same time. - Space-optimized snap clips and living hinge design, no wasted volume, every millimeter is used. - No external hardware needed. The hinge and clips are printed as part of the case; only a short piece of 1.75mm filament is required for assembly (see instructions below). Fit check: Case dimensions were based on my own razor. A dimensioned drawing is included in the images, please check your razor's handle length and head width against it before printing, especially the handle length, as that's the limiting factor. It should fit most standard safety razor sizes.

Optional branding: Letters/labels can be color-printed via the slicer's color-change feature if you want a personalized look, or left off entirely, fully optional.

Material: Prints well in PLA or comparable materials. No supports required.

Assembly instructions:

- Take a short piece of standard 1.75mm filament and insert it through the hinge, clip, and flap openings. - Trim the filament to length once it moves freely and holds all parts together. - Secure it with a small dot of glue, apply only a small amount, not along the full length, otherwise the case may become difficult to open smoothly.
