BMW 1 Series E87 E8x Driver Air Vent Louver

[ENG] 🚗 BMW 1 Series (E87 / E81 / E82 / E88) Driver Side Air Vent Replacement

Direct replacement for the fragile driver-side air vent louvers on the BMW 1 Series (E81, E82, E87, E88). Designed to fit inside the original OEM housing without permanent modifications.

- Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS (Do NOT use PLA: car interiors easily exceed 60°C in summer, causing deformation). 🔧 Installation Notes

- Remove the OEM vent module from the dashboard using plastic trim tools. - Carefully disassemble the internal broken grid from the front bezel. - Snap the new 3D-printed louvers into the pivot points.

IMPORTANT: I recommend orienting the part horizontally with the concave side facing upwards, as I have done in the attached 3MF file. I also recommend enabling only the outer brim (12 mm wide with a distance of 0 mm) and setting the elephant’s foot compensation function to 0. [ITA]

Ricambio diretto per le alette della bocchetta d'aria lato guida della BMW Serie 1 (E81, E82, E87, E88). Progettato per alloggiare perfettamente nella mascherina originale.

- Materiale: Usare PETG, ASA o ABS . Evitare assolutamente il PLA poiché le temperature estive nell'abitacolo lo deformerebbero.

🔧 Note di installazione 1. Rimuovere il modulo di ventilazione originale dal cruscotto utilizzando attrezzi per le finiture in plastica.

2. Smontare con cautela la griglia interna rotta dalla cornice anteriore.

3. Inserire a scatto le nuove alette stampate in 3D nei punti di articolazione.

IMPORTANTE: Consiglio di orientare il pezzo in orizzontale con la concavità rivolta verso l'alto, come ho fatto nel file 3mf in allegato in orizzontale. Inoltre consiglio di attivare il brim solo esterno di 12mm e distanza 0mm e di mettere a 0 la funzione di compensasione della zampa di elefante
