ELECOM EC-AC11267 Charger Holder

A Gridfinity bin sized for ELECOM's EC-AC11267 wall charger (USB PD 67W, GaN II, 3 ports, folding plug). The charger's own footprint doesn't fit a single Gridfinity cell in its natural orientation, so this comes in two mounting styles — pick whichever suits your drawer or shelf.

Features

- Two ways to store it. Standing (1x1) stands the charger on its short end in a single cell; the top ~30 mm stays above the rim, so this style does not stack. Flat (2x1) lays the charger down in a pocket sized to its exact footprint, and keeps the standard Gridfinity lip, so it stacks normally. - A pocket made for this charger, not a generic cell. The flat pocket is the charger's 56.5 x 31.5 mm footprint plus 0.5 mm clearance per side, so the charger doesn't rattle around in a plain Gridfinity cell. - Finger notches. The flat pocket has a half-circle cutout at each end so you can pinch the charger out instead of digging at it with a fingernail. - Press-fit magnet pockets. The base has pockets for 6 x 2 mm magnets, for magnetic Gridfinity baseplates. Magnets are optional. - Two-colour label. "ELECOM" / "EC-AC11267" is engraved into one side wall as a separate part from the body, so BambuStudio/AMS users can print it in a different filament. Included files / presets

How to use

- Pick the 3MF that matches how you want to store the charger (standing to save floor space, flat if you want to stack another bin on top). - Print. Optionally press 6 x 2 mm magnets into the base pockets. - Standing: stand the charger on its short end in the pocket. Flat: lay the charger into the fitted pocket; use the finger notches at either end to lift it back out. Print notes

- No supports needed on either variant. - PLA, 0.2 mm layer height. - Single-colour printing (no AMS): the engraved label is a flush insert — same height as the wall around it — so printing it in the same filament as the body makes it invisible as a colour change, but it stays visible as a physical 0.8 mm indentation as long as you print the body only. In your slicer, delete/exclude the labels sub-object and print the body object alone; if you include labels in a single-colour print, the recess gets filled in and the text disappears.
