Cinnamon Roll Coaster - Autumn Christmas Decor

🍥 The Honest Shelf Vol. 103 // Cinnamon Roll Coaster ☕🍂

A cozy cinnamon roll coaster with a little personality — designed for warm drinks, autumn evenings and the Christmas season. 🍁☕✨

For Vol. 103 of The Honest Shelf , I wanted to create something that instantly feels cozy without becoming purely decorative. The cinnamon roll shape felt perfect: warm, soft and recognizable, while still working naturally as a functional drink coaster .

I spent some time adjusting the spiral, icing and overall proportions so the design still clearly looks like a cinnamon roll while keeping the main surface practical for coffee mugs, tea cups and hot chocolate . ☕🍵

The small smiling face and little feet give it the character of the rest of The Honest Shelf collection without making the design too busy.

The result is a small piece of cozy home decor that works especially well from early autumn and fall decor 🍂 all the way through Christmas and winter decor 🎄❄️ .

✨ Why it belongs on your table

🍥 Classic Cinnamon Roll

Cinnamon Brown + Cream White

The most recognizable combination and the closest to a real cinnamon roll.

🤍 Soft Scandinavian

Sand / Beige + Warm White

A calmer combination that works especially well with minimalist, Japandi and Scandi interiors.

🎄 Christmas Edition

Dark Gingerbread Brown + Vanilla White

A deeper, warmer combination that looks great next to candles, Christmas lights and winter decorations.

🌸 Playful Cozy

Terracotta + Soft Pink / Cream

Less realistic, but perfect for a cute pastel desk setup or playful cozy decor.

Matte PLA works particularly well because it gives the coaster a softer, more decorative appearance and reduces distracting reflections. ✨

🛠️ Print Settings

- 🧵 Material: PLA / Matte PLA recommended - 📏 Layer Height: 0.20 mm - 🧱 Infill: Around 10–15% - 🧩 Walls: 2–3 - 🎨 Colors: Looks especially good with two contrasting colors - ☕ Use: Coffee coaster, tea coaster, mug coaster, desk decor or seasonal home decor 🍂 From Autumn Evenings to Christmas Mornings 🎄

Although I originally designed this cinnamon roll coaster with the autumn season in mind, the theme naturally carries over into winter.

The warm cinnamon colors fit perfectly into fall decor , while the icing, bakery theme and cozy character also work with Christmas decor, gingerbread-inspired setups, coffee bars and winter kitchen decor .

Print one for your desk, create a matching coaster set for the coffee table, or turn it into a small handmade-style Christmas gift, stocking stuffer, housewarming gift or coffee lover gift . 🎁☕
