Credit Card Sized Caliper

A friend asked me to model them a functional bisnescard, so this is what I made for them. Personalize this caliper with adding Your own text to it!

Compact, credit card-sized caliper designed for everyday measurements and easy portability. Despite its slim form factor, it can accurately measure both external and internal dimensions up to 60 mm.

The design is fully 3D printable and requires minimal material, making it a practical addition to any workshop, toolbox, maker kit, or wallet. The sliding mechanism is simple, allowing quick measurements of small parts, holes, openings, screws, electronics components, and other objects.

Model in the pictures is printed in PLA. I have not tried other materials yet.

Please feel free to experiment with the printer settings, especially with the surface finish. And other materials ofcourse!

0.2 nozzle is mandatory for accuracy. 0.4 nozzle will not print the values/lines correctly.
