Diese grimmige Kürbisschale ist der Hingucker auf jedem Halloween-Tisch. Einfach mit Süßigkeiten füllen und hinstellen, wenn es an der Tür klingelt.

✨ Das Besondere • Großes, böse grinsendes Gesicht mit tiefen Augen und spitzen Zähnen • Innen eine saubere Rippenkontur, wie bei einem echten ausgehöhlten Kürbis • Gerader oberer Rand und flacher Boden – die Schale steht sicher • Das Gesicht ist in der Datei bereits schwarz eingefärbt – mit AMS wird die Schale direkt zweifarbig gedruckt • Ohne AMS geht es auch einfarbig: Das Gesicht wird nach dem Druck einfach bemalt • Frei skalierbar: Im Slicer einfach größer oder kleiner ziehen • Farben nach Wunsch: Körper und Gesicht (auch die Augen) lassen sich im Slicer beliebig umfärben

🖨️ Druckprofil PLA · 0,2 mm · Orange/Schwarz · Baumstützen Körper in Orange, Gesicht in Schwarz – für Drucker mit AMS. Einstellungen: 2 Wände, 15 % Füllung (Muster: Blitz), Baumstützen nur auf der Druckplatte. Gedruckt wird aufrecht, mit dem Boden auf der Druckplatte.

Zur Füllung: Ich habe bewusst das Muster Blitz gewählt, um Material zu sparen. Die Schale ist trotzdem sehr stabil, nur bleibt in den Wänden mehr Hohlraum. Wer es massiver möchte, kann im Slicer ein anderes Füllmuster wählen, zum Beispiel Gyroid oder Gitter – das müsst ihr dann selbst anpassen.

Kein AMS? Dann im Slicer dem Gesicht einfach dasselbe Filament wie dem Körper zuweisen und den Gesichtshintergrund nach dem Druck mit Acrylfarbe schwarz ausmalen. Ohne Farbwechsel ist der Druck außerdem deutlich schneller.

Hinweis: Nicht jeder Drucker und nicht jedes Filament verhält sich gleich. Das Profil läuft bei mir sauber und ist auf ein schönes Ergebnis ausgelegt. Bitte prüft die Einstellungen trotzdem für euren Drucker und euer Filament.

⚠️ Wichtig – Lebensmittel • Nur für verpackte Süßigkeiten verwenden. Gedruckte Teile sind nicht lebensmittelecht: In den feinen Rillen zwischen den Schichten können sich Keime festsetzen. • Nicht in die Spülmaschine. PLA wird schon ab ca. 55–60 °C weich und verzieht sich. Am besten mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen.

🎃 Spooky Pumpkin Candy Bowl

This grumpy pumpkin bowl is the eye-catcher on every Halloween table. Fill it with sweets and put it out when the trick-or-treaters ring the bell.

✨ Highlights • Big, evil grin with deep eyes and sharp teeth • Clean ribbed contour on the inside, just like a real hollowed-out pumpkin • Straight top rim and flat bottom – the bowl stands securely • The face is already coloured black in the file – with AMS the bowl prints in two colours right away • No AMS? Print it in one colour and simply paint the face afterwards • Fully scalable: simply make it bigger or smaller in the slicer • Your colours: body and face (including the eyes) can be recoloured in the slicer as you like

🖨️ Print profile PLA · 0.2 mm · orange/black · tree supports Body in orange, face in black – for printers with AMS. Settings: 2 walls, 15 % infill (pattern: lightning), tree supports on build plate only. Print upright, with the bottom on the build plate.

About the infill: I deliberately chose the lightning pattern to save material. The bowl is still very sturdy, there is just more hollow space inside the walls. If you prefer it more solid, choose a different infill pattern in the slicer, for example gyroid or grid – you will need to adjust that yourself.

No AMS? Simply assign the same filament to the face as to the body in the slicer, then paint the face background black with acrylic paint after printing. Without colour changes, the print is also much faster.

Note: Not every printer and filament behaves the same. This profile works well for me and is tuned for a great result – please check the settings for your own printer and filament.

⚠️ Important – food contact • Use for wrapped sweets only. 3D-printed parts are not food-safe: germs can settle in the fine grooves between the layers. • Not dishwasher safe. PLA softens at around 55–60 °C and warps. Simply wipe it with a damp cloth.
