Описание

There are a lot of models our there of Heated Insert Presses (HIP). All of them use additional, non-3d printed parts. I wondered if I could design a completely 3d Printed heated insert press. This is the version I'm ready to publish.

Customizing for your Soldering Iron:

in the 3MF there is plate with the Soldering Iron Adapter, ready for you to add a negative part the diameter / shape of your specific soldering iron. If you are unfamiliar with how to do so, please see the Bambu Lab Wiki. > https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/software/bambu-studio/subtract-a-part

Please comment with your successes, issues, questions. I'll do my best to answer all.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 5% infill Printed in BBL PLA Matte

- 0.20 mm Standard @BBL X1C Process - Strength is good with default settings - On the Rails, Support the surface with the holes & Iron the top surface w/o the holes for smooth spring action.

0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill The rails in total are about 50mm, which should mean that if you need taller parts doing then you will be able to use these. make sure to print the “spring” in PETG or something similar that is felxable. no supports are need as they are orientated not to require them. tested putting together the Vspooler project that you can see in the picture.
