Narrow, middle 45° Version, 0.2mm layer, 7 walls, 50% infill This is a narrower version, so the boxes will fit between the first stage feeder covers I made. The small side boxes have the original dimensions.

45'Center Position Hygrometer with hole and small transparen This is a profile of the amazing SPILLPROOF AMS Desiccant Box - ROUND 45' Mounting Center Position Hygrometer This version is with hole on the back where there is the hygrometer and a small transparent window on the front side. It is the complete set + two large ones in addition I created transparent windows to print with transparent pla so that you can see the humidity level of the silica gel. Also where the hygrometer is now the back is open so that the humidity reading is more precise. Inside the file you will also find a plate with additional large containers to put behind to increase the amount of silica gel. another version instead has the front completely transparent. Choose the one you like best. instructions: Do not modify or move the objects from the plates and do not modify any settings except the colors. In the print colors select the color you want for the boxes instead of black, while instead of white select transparent.

The funnels are thin and therefore slightly flexible, with a large opening to facilitate the transfer of the silica.

A1 mini 0.2mm layer, 7 walls, 50% infill Distributed the models across two plates so they can be printed with the A1 Mini.

0.2mm layer, 7 walls, 45% infill, top/bottom layer modifiers Added modifier cubes to make top surfaces smoother by not printing them with infill pattern, the air flow is not affected as the modifiers are only in areas where the pieces slide together, as well as the tabs on top.

I also made infill 45% instead of 50%. this slightly increases air flow while still keeping desiccant beads contained. Could probably even do 40% if you do not have really small beads, mine are 3-5mm.

I also put the various parts (large additional pods, small additional pods, “Maker Supply” pod (top/bottom clips), and 45 Degree clip pod) into a single profile on separate plates, print only the plates you need.

I printed in Hatchbox Gold ABS, which closely matches filament feeder parts in AMS unit.
